There is no phase in. The phase-in will continue without change until Oct. 1, 2009 at which time the full amount of retired pay that is still offset by VA disability compensation will be reinstated If...

Following is the link to a DFAS site that will show you how to compute your current rate. Won't work with future rates because of raises and etc. It works perfect for me on the current scale of 28%....
